韓國的刀劍產業在大家心目中好像寂寂無聞..事實上他們已經在國際刀劍市場中佔了一個挺高的地位, 最近在國際刀劍論壇中找到他們的測試片段,轉過來大家一起分享分享^^
武刀劍基本上都是以 L6或同類單一鋼材作原料,生產日本刀和韓式刀劍..大部份都是局部熱處理(覆土燒刃也是局部熱處理的其中一個方法),屬高檔價位(4位美金),他們也保證錯刃筋也不會令其出品的刀劍有任何的損傷,並就這一點提供了一生保養...我找了好久都找不到對他們的負面評價...就連諸多挑剔的老外都點頭滿意..他們以極高的耐用度和鋒利度見稱..我很有興趣收他們的刀...(等我有錢的時候 )
沒有錢前就只好看片子望梅止渴了...不過好像只令我中毒更深.....
先來第一個毀滅性測試,是武刀劍官方授權一位美國刀匠做的,圖片直接轉至武刀劍:
(測試用的刀是武刀劍的太陽菊比賽系列,刀重1018g,刃長69.5cm,柄長10吋,厚5.5mm(如此的薄><...),鏡面打磨,平刃,L6局部熱處理)
先是回直測試,人手按彎至60度,放手立即回直....
插鋼板椅子..跟插車蓋子一樣...不過..鋼板椅子應該比車蓋子更硬....

Yo..!!! I finnaly got the testing done..it went great. I also decided to stab it through a metal chair.Despite its thin tip it only recieved a minor scratch on the back were the steel is softer. This is to be exspected.Also i can add...the tip still shaved hair easily from my arm..The metal shaveing test was done useing 1/2"Square coldrold 1018 mind steel bar.Concidering the delicate geometry of this blade,It took a respectable chunk out of this bar.!!!.The flexability of this blade is awsome!..And after this test it returned perfectly strait.Ive also seen the cutting competition videos.The cutting acomplishments I witnessed were easily compareable to that done with heavier Japanese style swords.I also tried mat cutting and found it to be nearly effortless to cut ,3 mat bundles, twice in mid air.....

(之前恩師也有份參與測試,做過斬豬手的測試,也是順利通過,一刀2斷,物打絲毫無損, 留了一份紀錄在武刀劍的"REVIEW" 入面,這也是我第一次知道這神奇刀廠的存在 :))
