在和坛友的讨论中， 发现一个问题， 就是很多老刀很难断代， 不如我们一起汇总一下大家手中的资料， 做个中文版的维氏年志吧， 回帖请注明哪年， 何事。我会把回帖都整理到首帖里的， 所以本帖请注意质量。

1976
108mm 的safari GAK 1（德国军刀）面世， 不但是108毫米系列的第一款， 也是首次使用尼龙柄

1984
108mm的Mauser(毛瑟）面世， 到2001年截至， 共生产了240，000把

1994
108mm的Fireman面世， 到1998年止， 共生产了2380把

1996
108mm的Walther面世， 到1997年止，共生产了4972把（唯一的黑色手柄的108mm毫米刀）

2003
111mm毫米GAK(德国军刀）面世， 到2009年3月截至， 也是第一款单手开瑞刀。

Between the years 1976 and 2003 Victorinox produced the GAK (German Army Knife) in the size of 108mm.
The GAK was the first model in the series of the 108mm knives and the first knife who used nylon scales.
Victorinox used the GAK design in order to create civilian models (the GAK cevilian model name is Trooper).
Most of the 108mm models is no longer produced and become collectors' items.

Special Editions
Mauser was made between 1984 and 2001. About 240,000 pieces were made.
Walther was made in 1996-97. Only 4,972 pieces were made. (The only 108mm knife with black scales)
Fireman was made between 1994 and 1998. Only 2380 pieces were made.
(Fireman has the same tool set as Safari Hunter with Serrated Gutter)

1902 new models with additional wood saw, scissors, nickel silver tweezers, toothpick and lanyard shackle

1909 metal cross inlay on the red fibre scales

1937 Cellidor scales replace the fibre scales

1942 new screwdriver with cap lifter, nail file with nail cleaner on the back of the knife

1946 new patented can opener (today used by Wenger)

1951 improved new patented can opener with small screwdriver, Alox linings replace the nickel silver linings, new screwdriver with cap lifter, wire stripper and bender

1952 square Phillips screwdriver in place of the corkscrew, large long nail file with nail cleaner, metal saw and file, fish scaler with hook disgorger

1957 Introduction of aluminium tipped tweezers

1961 new reamer with cutting edge, scales with invisible rivets

1968 the shackle was officially replaced by the key ring with a longer transition period than normal (into the mid 1970s)

1973 magnifying glass and Phillips screwdriver, small blade with pointed tip in place of clip blade

1978 Introduction of plastic tipped tweezers

1980 metal inlay inox instead of nickel-silver, round Phillips screwdriver with split for “meat cans.”

1982 Introduction of combi tool on 84 mm knives

1983 patented mini-screwdriver

1985 ballpoint pen, fine screwdriver, chisel, reamer, punch with sewing eye

1986 pliers with wire cutters, combi tool on 91 mm knives

1991 multi-purpose hook and pin, fluted corkscrew line stopped and replaced with solid model

2000 Altimeter electronics, removed long files out of catalogues some still in inventory

2003 stayglow scales, last year for metal tipped tweezers that were still in special handles such as horn, stag, etc. in special Swisschamp models. After 2003 special scale models had no tweezers or toothpicks.
