求助贴，关于sebenza里面的螺柱

自己的一只2006年的small sebenza classic 2000，由于我的错误操作，导致中轴的螺柱损坏了，不知道那里可以搞到新的替换一下。已经给Chris Reeve发了邮件，但是不知道能不能有回音。坛子里面的新老朋友们，如果有多余的螺柱，就救救小弟的sebenza吧～～

中轴可以单独购买的，以前见过论坛出售过，也可以找个人车个。

车没戏的话，那只能购买了，可以单独购买的，几个论坛团购过CR配件的，有中轴。

CR的客服相当好，小弟曾经的一个Sebenza螺丝花了，怎么也弄不上了，给CR发邮件，说我是CN的刀友，同时给他看了手中10多个Sebenza，对方超级高兴，同时回复问我CN的地址。

1个月后，对方给我快递了1个螺丝.................EMS的，不过对方E-Mail对我说过，这种配件有销售的。

一个螺丝，1美金，一个螺丝+轴套，7美金。

lz 问问看是否还是这个价格？如果是，不妨多预定几个~~~~~然后论坛销售，哈哈。

上次本来想多弄几个的，但是对方白送，没好意思多要~！

看了您的玉树的帖子，进了一支E2DL 200lm，相当的好用。

I'm sorry I wasn't able to respond sooner to your email. It has been very
busy here and I receive a lot of emails especially after a three day
weekend. I try to answer them as they come in. The part you are requesting
needs to be fitted to your knife so we do not send it out. You would need to
send your knife to us for fixing. I have attached instructions for your
convenience. The part costs $6 and you will be responsible for the return
shipping cost as well. But, while the knife is here we can give it a tune up
and sharpening. Please let me know how you want to proceed or if you need
further information.

Because of the law in China, I think it's very hard to send my sebenza to your company, the government prevent us to post knife. It's really a bad news.... But I have another idea. I wanna buy a fluorinated grease and a Titanium clip insert and screw for my small sebenza, so I think I can add the bushing in my order form, and I can also provide you the detail parameters of the old bushing, you can help me find a fitted one. Do you think so?

Although we would be happy to ship the other items to you we do not send out the pivot bushing – sorry. Just a note, we do receive knives from China in for re-work, so unless the laws have changed in the past couple of days it shouldn’t be too much trouble.

配件是不提供了，也不卖，只能整刀寄回，到他们的工厂里修理。衬轴的价格是6刀，倒是不贵。。。。。刚查了一下FedEx的价格，到Boise是207块多RMB，刀具到没有被禁止邮寄，不过我们的海关啊。。。。就不好说了。哪位兄弟能提供一下返长的经验啊？CR说中国这边有成功返厂维修的。

Sending your knife to Chris Reeve Knives
From Overseas

As part of your warranty CRK will always clean, tune and sharpen your folder and sharpen your fixed blade at no charge. Your only cost is the return shipping fee. Please find below a few important steps to remember when sending your knife to us.

1. We do not recommend sending your parcel via DHL as we have had problems with their service in the past. Regardless of which service you use we recommend insuring your parcel when sending it to us.
2. Our address is CRK, 2949 S. Victory View Way, Boise ID 83709
3. Include a note outlining what work you want preformed.
4. Very important! Include your full name, billing/shipping address and phone number and email (if available) in your note.
5. For payment we accept VISA, MasterCard or Discover. In addition to your card number we require the expiration date and the final three digits from the back of your card.
6. Once your knife is received it is usually fixed up and on its way back within 10 business days.
7. We recommend adding this phrase to your custom paperwork, “Original owner sending the knife to the manufacturer for warranty repair.” We will write something similar when sending it back so you should avoid custom duty.
