美国历史频道户外求生节目《Alone》里面的刀和工具选择，如果是你，你会怎么选？

美国的一些电视频道喜欢拍摄一些户外生存的节目，例如Discovery探索频道的贝尔格里斯《man vs wild》《dual survival》《dude you screwed》，气象频道的《Fat guys in the woods》等等。
今天我们来讲讲历史频道的一个户外生存节目《Alone》。
这个节目从2015年起开始拍摄，他们请来十个志愿参与者，把他们送到一个北美的荒郊野外，第一季的地点是位于加拿大的温哥华岛最北端的森林中。这里不但是寒冷之地，而且阴雨绵绵，还有各种猛兽出没，包括最恐怖的熊和狼。规则很简单，看谁能依靠有限的装备坚持到最后不退出，就是胜利者。胜利者可以获得50万美元的奖金，你心动了么？

这十个人完全依靠自己生存，包括视频拍摄，也是自己独立完成，摄制组提供完善的摄像装备，有类似gopro的穿戴式运动摄像机和自拍设备，还有红外线夜视摄像机等，参与者需要自己摄制自己的生活。
除了摄像装备，还提供统一的服装，鞋袜，以及最终保命用的驱赶猛兽的喷雾，联系剧组前来救援的无线电装备，紧急治疗伤痛的first aid包等。
下面就是这些统一提供的装备的列表：

1. 1 pair high leg Hunting boots 高筒靴一双
2. 2 pairs of Outdoor Pants (can unzip into shorts) 两条户外裤子
3. 1 t-shirt T恤一件
4. 2 fleece or wool shirts (hooded or unhooded)两件羊毛衫
5. 3 pairs wool socks三双羊毛袜
6. 1 hat (brimmed, wool or baseball)一顶帽子
7. 1 bandana or shemagh一条大手帕
8. 1 pair gloves一双手套
9. 1 light outdoor jacket一件冲锋衣
10. 2 pairs underwear两件内衣
11. 1 rain jacket and rain trousers一件雨衣
12. 1 thermal underwear (long)一件保暖内衣
13. 1 pair of gaiters长筒胶靴一双
14. 1 pair of Crocs, Teva sandals or Keen sandals一双crocs拖鞋
15. 1 toothbrush牙刷一把
16. 1 pair of prescription eye glasses眼镜一副
17. 1 personal photograph个人照片一张




以及一些摄像装备的保护用具，和联络外界求助的工具。

除此之外，每人可以在以下列表中任选十样东西带在身上。只有十样哦，多的就不能带了。这十样东西可以自行选择品牌，比如刀，可以自己选择带什么样子的刀，斧子也是。不过为了防止作弊，特别列出了不可以带的东西，所以就别指望能带那种发射子弹的刀了，已经明确规定不可以带弹药，打火机等（可以带打火棒）。
如果是你，你会怎么选择呢？

Shelter 庇护所相关：
1. 12×12 ground cloth/tarp (grommets approved) 12乘12英寸的地垫
2. 8 mm climbing rope – 10M 8mm粗的攀登绳十米
3. 550 parachord – 20m 550伞绳 20米
4. 1 hatchet 手斧
5. 1 saw 锯子
6. 1 ax 长柄斧

Bedding寝具
1. 1 multi-seasonal sleeping bag that fits within provided backpack多季节睡袋
2. 1 bivy bag (Gore-Tex sleeping bag cover)睡袋罩
3. 1 sleeping pad防潮垫
4. 1 hammock吊床

Cooking炊具
1. 1 large (no more than 2 quart) pot, includes lid不超过两夸脱的大吊锅
2. 1 steel frying pan炒锅
3. 1 flint or ferro rod set打火棒套装
4. 1 enamel bowl for eating碗
5. 1 spoon勺子
6. 1 canteen or water bottle水壶
7. 1 bear canister驱赶熊的罐子

Hygiene卫生
1. 1 bar soap肥皂一块

Hunting打猎
1. 1 300-yard roll of nylon single filament fishing line and 25 assorted hooks (No lures)300码鱼线25个鱼钩（不包含饵料）
2. 1 primitive bow with 6 Arrows (must be predominately made of wood)传统弓和6个箭
3. 1 small gauge gill net (8 m x 2 m OR 1.5 m deep x 3.6 m long and 2” [50 mm] mesh)小渔网

5. 1 net foraging bag网兜

Food食物 （1磅差不多是0.45公斤）

3. 5 lbs of biltong (protein)腌肉5磅
4. 5 lbs of hard tack military biscuits (carbs/sugars)压缩饼干5磅
5. 5 lbs of chocolate (Simple/complex sugars)巧克力5磅
6. 5 lbs of pemmican (traditional trail food made from fat and proteins)干肉饼5磅
7. 5 lbs of gorp (raisins, m&m’s and peanuts)零食5磅
8. 5 lbs of flour (starch/carbs)面粉5磅
9. 2 lbs of rice or sugar and 1 lb of salt两磅米或者糖，1磅盐

Tools工具

第一季的十个人中间，有至少5个是在youtube上拥有自己的户外求生主题的频道的人，这几个人是最有希望获得最后胜利的人，因为他们的户外求生经验丰富。有几个人我常常看他们的频道，经常会更新户外生存的视频内容，都是老熟脸了。

    第二季出来了吗？这个挺有意思的。joe挺让我失望的，只坚持了4天就坚持不下去了。节目里的环境确实挺艰苦，到后面明显能看到alan和sam的脸瘦了。

    不好意思我也不知道哪个是国内能播的，怎么才能测试能不能国内播放呢？国外很多网站都有这个视频。。。
