Those are some beautiful knives.
The satin finish cost more because if you ever take the coating off of the costed Busse knives, you will see little pits that they call INF I dimples. Well, the Busse company has to finish the steel so there are no pits and makes the steel pretty. INFI is also not easily to rust so if you use it or store it, wipe it down with some oil and they are much more beautiful to look at. Busse also will not do the satin finish so many of those are custom made and maybe one or two ever made in those colors. It may even be one of a kind. Those knives are impossible to get in the United States so it being in China, well, any owner should be very very happy!
